Purchasing my Paintings

Please note that due to the high cost of sending Framed Paintings through the Post / Courier not all paintings are available with a frame included for delivery outside Ireland. Please contact me if you require further information.

Delivery

I process and dispatch orders in 1 to 3 business days from my studio in Sligo in the Northwest of Ireland and use ‘An Post’ (the Irish Postal Service) for most deliveries. Occasionally, particularly if I am travelling, some items may take a little bit longer but these will be clearly displayed on the painting/print. As far as possible I reuse packaging so your painting ‘may’ arrive in packing with other markings on it! There is no compromise on the quality and security of the wrapping. If you are purchasing a Gift for delivery direct to someone special then please let me know and I will ensure that they receive appropriate packing!

Paintings with a purchase price over €50 are sent via a tracked delivery service whilst those €50 and below will be dispatched via First Class Post.

  • Ireland: 1-3 business days

  • UK: 2-5 business days

  • Europe: 3-5 business days

  • North America: 5-10 business days

  • Australia, New Zealand: 5-10 business days

  • Asia Pacific: 5-10 business days

  • Latin America and the Caribbean: 5-10 business days

  • North Africa and the Middle East: 4-10 business days

  • Sub-Saharan Africa: 5-10 business days

I'll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any Customs and Import Taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to Customs.


Returns & exchanges

I will happily accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

  • Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

  • Return items back within: 30 days of delivery

  • Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders - but if for some reason you are unhappy with your painting then please do get in touch with me.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
